| Hi Susan! Well, canned whipped cream is definitely a problem,,,,there's sugar in there. As for staying on induction....a lot of folks find that moving to rung 1 actauklly gets their loss moving again! |

I must agree with Chicklady. Lots of folks experience something called PISS... that stands for Post Induction Stall Syndrome. That's when you stop losing weight, even though you are still eating the same way that you were during Induction. A good number of people (myself included) were able to jump-start our losses again by moving to Rung 1 - more veggies! It worked like a charm for me. Perhaps you should give it a try!
