Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is Lilly and Im excieted to start this diet and to have found this site with many succesfull testemonies. I'll be 26 this year I weight 260 pounds and Im 5"6 so Im pretty heavy eventhough people say you cant tell I weigth this much. I put on this weight gradually after been in a abusive relationship for over 5 years 2 years ago I ended because I realized how much this person was hurting me. Eventhoug I can say today that IM FINALLY FREE from that misery I find myself unhappy with my weight and ready to take charge and become that beautiful girl I once was. I NEED ALL THE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I can get to be successful please I ask 4 as much help I can get. Im excited and happy to know that skinny me is just around the corner

If you was in fact in an abusive relationship, why did it take you 5 years to realize it and leave? Coming from my profession it is still a mystery to me why this continues to happen in this day and age. Good luck on your weight loss. God Bless,Joe

Thanks Ronny Im excited too well here we are in the road of success and a total life transformation. yeah unfortunally it happen but its all over thanks to God. I barried the past and future here I come!!!!!!!!!! Best of luck to you too. Maybe we can be encouragement buddys lets make this happen.

God bless you to Joee5 well I think that every case is diffrent for why people stay in abusive realtionships.In my case I would say I was young and he was able to manipulate me. The first 2 years everything was nice and beauitiful, until the abuse began I stay because I hope that he would be like he use to, but it never happen. The true I never though it would happen 2 me, and neither did my close friends knowing the strong character I have but it did. I belive everything happens with a purposed so I learn my lesson and know I can help others if they ever find themself in this situation. How I left? became christian and Gave my life completely to God.

Ouch. There are a whole host of psychological and cultural reasons why it happens. It's not as easy as you might think, especially if you've not someone with good self esteem, a stubborn (not the word I'm looking for but I can't find the right one right now) personality, and a healthy support system.

What matters is not how long she stayed, but that she had the courage to get out.
