Just wanted to tell everyone thank you for all the knowledge that is in this board. I am new to this site but not to atkins. I did the atkins way a few years ago and worked out great for me but fell off the band wagon But this time I will do it again and not go back!! My starting weight was 251lbs and my goal is 195lbs. I have been at this for a few days and I am down to 246. I am sure that is some water weight but hey I will take it. Thank you all for the
encouragement
