| Hello and welcome to the board!!! One cup is about the size of a tennis ball, a baseball, or a fist. I don't think soy flour is allowed during the induction phase of Atkins since it has a lot of sugar and a high carb count --- 20 net carbs per cup according to this website: Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Soy flour, defatted As far as percentages go, 65% of your daily caloric intake should come from fats, 30% should come from proteins, and 5% should come from carbs (during induction). And if you haven't done so, I would advise you to read "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002 Edition)" as soon as possible. That's one of the keys to success on this diet. |
