| Still not really having a lot of luck here. Not giving up, but really starting to get discouraged. I am trying my best to eliminate caffeine, drink megatons of water, amp up my exercise, eat less cheese and even hold back on lemon or lime juice. Other than that, I am not sure what else I can do to really kick into gear any better. And, for the record, I had lost about 5 lbs the first week - then I started with the Synthroid the second, and have gained it all back. I think we (Tactical Cat and I) are starting our 6th week now. |
