So close, yet so far away

Hello all!

I have lost about 15 lbs through eating well and exercise, but have reached a plateau. I know that my food is why I'm not losing because I have that "oh this one scoop (or two) of icecream won't hurt" attitude. I'm doing Atkins with my dad and we are currently on Day 2. I'd like to lose about 20 more lbs and need all the support I can get.

Day 1 went okay, but I'm expecting a sugar withdrawal very soon. Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Aimee My attitude was always "it's only a small pint of Ben & Jerry's " Atkins is the only way I can lose weight....without suffering that is. Yeah, you'll get that induction flu, but it's short-lived! I hope you and your dad have a great Atkins journey!!
