| Congrats on getting off to a great start! I have to ask though... when you are showing your cholesterol numbers, they seem to be very low... hdl+ldl numbers barely over 100! And, the ratio is very good too.. my doctors always said that a 3:1 ratio was good. A lb a day is great for now, but it's good to know that you won't be able to maintain that loss... the more you lose, the slower it will be, and that's as it should be. The closer you get to your goal weight, the slower it will come off. Right now though, enjoy what you're having! It's a great time to lose some lbs and get into new habits.Congrats on joining the Atkins team.... and I wish you great health in the coming years!!!! Rick |

| Welcome, congrats on your success so far, and keep us posted on your progress. Will be curious how you feel once you get into a gym for a month.
