| Hi DDBoles, sounds like you are sincere but lack knowing what you can and can not eat. You really need to read the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book. This is the foundation for your healthy, slim, body. Once you know what you can eat it is easy to put together a menu that you like. Take waffles for example, you could make something similar with a few different ingredients. Great recipes can be found at Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home After familiarizing yourself with the book, you will be able to eat anywhere, practically. Low carb is not denying yourself of food, but finding out what food is good for you. You will eat better, feel better, and look better. |

| fat4now shared a great recipe site with you~~~check it out. True this is not an easy lifestyle to begin with but with persistance & creativity it can be achieved. You don't have to eat eggs & bacon everyday. Make a breakfast quiche, eat last nights left overs etc...There are recipes here on ADBB~~check out that forum. Good luck!
