Good morning everyone
I haven't been on the board for a long while now but I received the WB email from Tom and knew it was a sign from above
I am a woman in her late 30's for the most part healthy but was told that my gallbladder needed to come out . (This explains the intense pain in the last 9 months or so). I need to see what menu plans I can follow in order to not trigger any more painful episodes when I eat certain foods. If anyone has any experience with this, i'd be very grateful to hear from you.

I have no experience in this..but my friend always needs to stay away from fried, fatty foods...

So........ Are you getting the lap chole done?

Actually I am getting the lap operation and i'm kind of , slightly scared. I would imagine that i'll feel a whole lot better after it's done. The bloating and everyday pressure in my upper abdomen is enough for me to go ahead and get it done without too much hesitation. Have you had yours removed?
