New and motivated!!!

Hi everyone! I am glad to have found this forum. I think it will really help.

My name is Krista, I'm 31 years old and have a beautful 2 year old daugther. My husband is a Marine, and currently we are living a little north of Chicago, where he's a recruiter for the next three years. I decided to do Atkins because of the success my sister has seen with it. My dad also has had great success while on Atkins. I need to lose some weight to not only be healthier, but to FEEL better about MYSELF. I am sick of feeling fat!!

Anyway, today is day one of Induction for me. I am really ready to do this, and to lose the weight!!
