You did it before, so I know you'll do it again... don't worry if it's slower... metabolisms can change and no two diet experiences are the same. The important thing is that the weight is coming off. Kudos to you for wanting to get active again... you'll find exercise a huge help in speeding things up. Happy losing!

| Thank you both for your support. I figured my weightloss would be slower this time, they say having kids slows down ur metabolism. I gained all the weight back during my two pregnacies, went alil crazy with the carbs lol. As of now i am not planning on having any more so hopefully i can stick to this WOL this time around.
