Hi everyone! I have been lurking for a few weeks on the boards and have quietly been preparing myself for my 14 Day Induction which I have started this morning. I can already say I feel more energetic and enthused about life. I have read many post and stories of board members and I cant wait til I am able to share my success stories with everyone as well.

Male: 38 yrs old
High Weight: 317
Low Weight: 261
Today's Weight: 294

I am an emotional eater and I realize this will be my biggest challenge!

Welcome Matt, if you need any help just ask everyone is very helpfull here we are all in the same boat. Congrats on starting Atkins WOE. I can relate on the emotional eatting I do that too. The only advice I can tell you is have pleanty of meat around for you when you just need to eat something while your emotional.

I have literally gone the whole day eating "right" and then something trips me off in the evening and at 10:00 pm I will run to McD's and eat until beyond stuffed. NO MORE!!!!
