| Hi Bubs Don't give in to your sweet craving for at least the two weeks of induction......the induction portion has a great way of eliminating cravings if you don't give in to them.Nice loss for the first week |

| Thats great - thank you! And thanks for your kind comments chicklady! I shall certainly try to hold off of the sweets for at least 1 more week! A BIG thing for me is ketchup - its packed full of carbs, and as far as I know, we dont have one-carb here in the UK... does anyone know a good alternative? Thanks |
