ello all, introducing myself here, i start the induction on friday the 22nd i think in august of this year 2008. i am very confident in this diet and cant wait till im done with it, at least the induction i mean, and i believe i have the motivation and determination to go through with it to the very end. i started at around 330 which i dont even know how accurate that reading is since everytime i step on my cousins scale it give me a dif wieght almost which is rather annoying, so far though through averaging the weight lost, even though most would probly b water loss ive lost around 10 pound average, i havnt been measuring myself either but now that ive dicovered on this website that thats another way to determine weight loss i plan on doin it as soon as a get a tape measure or sumthin similar, i am very proud of my current average and hope to lose at least 20 by the time induction is over, if 20 is even safe, but im almost willing to take the risk.
