| Hello there Donna and welcome! Nice to have you here with us. You seem like you're in the absolute right frame of mind and very determined. Yay! With that attitude you'll make goal for sure. Kudos to you for telling your family in order to gain incentive. Post lots here and keep up that incentive/enthusiasm. Very often the foods we're "addicted to" are the very ones that cause us problems and that we're sensitive to. If you find yourself craving, have a high fat snack. It'll help. It pays to always have something on hand, for those sudden pangs! Keep us posted as to your progress. We're all in this together!
