Hi! Looking 4 a new me.

Hey everyone. My name is Karen. I'm on my 9th day and doing well. I gained alot of weight over the past couple of years due to back problems and the inability to be very active, but I have always had trouble with my weight so it just added to the issues. I am hoping this is something that can be the plan I need for a life time change and stop the yo-yo dieting. Luckly I have Med-Lg frame so I don't have to be too small to be comfortable with my look and energy is what I want most.

HI Karen! From one Karen to another--welcome aboard. This is a great place to be for support and wonderful ideas. You will do great--I am struggling quite a bit right now with my weight loss, but I am losing inches, so that is a positive thing.
