Hey everyone! I'm a newbee to atkins.. and I am on day 4. So fare i've lost 5 lbs!!! I'm so happy!! I just cant wait for the months to go by and the weight to be gone!! I am 23 years old. I wasn't over weight until I was about 19. I met my husband.. stopped running around.. and started eating more unhealthy terrible fast food!!! My weakness. But I'm doing well leaving it in my past!! Hey terbear and chicklady!! Thank you for posting!! I am doing pretty good!! I've lost 6lbs since monday. Pretty good!! I'm eating right and not hungry at all!! I can't believe how hungry carbs make you! It's crazy! I am quite a bit over weight so I will be on induction for a while. My husband and I are going on a cruise in dec. so I am working really hard to be smokin hot by then!! I have a gorgous formal dress I would love to be able to wear! As soon as I can fit into it I'm posting me wearing it on here! I can't wait for the time to pass and the weight to be gone.. FOREVER!! I will never go back to where I am right now!! Thanks again for posting.. hope you all are doing well!!

Good attitude! I made the mistake of thinking that when I hit goal, I could go back to eating "normal". I gained back the 100 I lost, plus 40 more, and here I am again. You are so right.....this is a LIFETIME way of eating.
