| Welcome MrsYvette. Wonderful that you are off dieting and on life style changing. That is what Atkins has become to me too but it started like a Diet. Induction for a month is fine but if you are going to make it a way of life you will have to start to try out some of those foods you cut out to get comfortable eating them again in small quantities. That is what Atkins is all about in the end. Congratulations on those 14 pounds. That is wonderful. Liv (also 46)

| Hey Yvette, Well done on your 14lbs off, thats wonderful! I've just started [on Day 2 of induction] and would be over the moon if i was a stone lighter in 3 weeks! |
