| Who can argue with results like yours? I love it when folks mention water! Sometimes I see folks whine, 'why do I need so much water!' as if Atkins is making them need it. Your body just NEEDS it and you will FEEL so much BETTER if you drink it. Atkins is just putting us in touch with what our bodies ALREADY need! I agree with everything you posted!

| Hey - I'm way new to this site, but what does STAC mean? I see that your signature says that you have done this before. I have to confess - I have too! I did Atkins faithfully in '04 and went from 182-129. (129 in the height of a divorce, too low in reality) I'm ashamed to admit that I gained it back (+10 more!) over the last 4 years. Ugh. The good thing? I KNOW this works! Thanks for the fast reply! |
