Talking Day 1 of induction

Hey people,
My name is Candice and this is day 1 for me of the INDUCTION phase. I'm doing ATKINS in hopes of having a success story like all the ppl i see here have. =) I have 30 lbs i'm longing to get rid of....wish me luck.

ohhh question: I'm not a big "egg" fan is there anything else i can have for breakfast besides eggs every morning like im seeing in all of the menus?
please help

Just eat leftovers. Today I had leftover pork chop and some sauteed mushrooms! Welcome!

Is there any egg you like? Boiled maybe? They are awfully nutritious....

Welcome Candice!
Try cold cuts (turkey, cheese, etc.) with mayo and cucumber or something like that.
