| The recipe is 1/2 head of cabbage, two cups of frozen spinach, chicken bouillan and onions. I plan to experiment with different atkins friendly vegatable in subsequent weeks. |

| I don't think ricotta is allowed on induction. And be careful with jello - contains aspertame - which we try to avoid. I like the soup recipe - but make sure that you eat protein and fat for breakfast as well. Welcome StaceyT
