| I would discuss it with your parent first. I get a little squeamish when it comes to kids embarking on any diet on their own. Only because of my own dieting habits at a young age. My suggestion, without knowing any of your health history, would be to increase your protein servings, cut out sugar and carbohydrates such as chips, doughnuts, cakes, snack cakes and things of that nature. SODA... cut out sugary soda and drink a lot of water. If you want something sweet eat berries. And eat vegetables.. yes I know you are probably thinking YUCK haha.. but my guess is you could drop weight just by doing that. Get more active.. no couch potatoing it... Good luck!
