Hey Everyone, My name is Sophie.

I found out 5 months ago I had Hypothyroidism and now im not under medicated im going to start loosing weight.

Im not by any means overweight and I am not looking to loose the incredible amounts people loose here. ( congrats by the way! )

im on the high end of my BMI at 151lbs and im 5'9, im looking to be in the early 130s.

My thyroid doctor reccomends a low carb diet so here I am.
Ive been low carbing it for the last three days ( but not strictly, I wanted to adjust my eating habbits before I started this diet seriously ).

Today is the day I am going to start this diet also my first day back to the gym in two weeks.

Anyway, so thats my story!
