| thanks so much. Yeah, I think seeing his results is what kicked me into high gear. He looks fan-tas-tic. It has been a lot easier as far as adjusting to the Way of Life since neither of us really are eating sugar or processed food right now, Makes shopping easy =)

| Oh I am so happy for you scarlet I wish my husband would do the same. We did so well a year ago together, but this time it is not the same. He keeps trying to kill my will power. He will bring home DQ, Taco's - just junk. He knows I am weak, but just the same he still does it. Maybe a part of it is because he KNOWS he should be doing this with me. I think he is going through some other emotional junk right now though and it just is not his time. I hope that is the case because he is getting so big & I worry about his health. I am glad that things are going so well for you and your DH I hope it continues. A 5lb. loss...Way to go! Keep up the good work and give your honey a squeeze for all the support.
