| Greetings, gypctrvlr Welcome to ADBB. ![]() Great introduction! You ARE an active one, aren't you? That's great, as exercise is an integral part of Atkins that is not optional. A lot of people struggle with that part of it, but it sounds like you're going to excell! I like to make sure that newbies to the board see the "sticky" I placed at the top of this forum. | welcome.... i agree to come here often, read everything, ask questions.. you will find amazing support and encoragement... YOU CAN DO IT.... some get the induction flu after about 3 days.. i had this 24 hr headache, but nothing else.. its different for everyone.. so when it happens dont give up.. you will feel much better after... keep up the good work.. YOU CAN DO IT |

| Thanks for all the support everyone! don't know how to post a pic just yet, but I will once I figure it out. My stats HW 215 (hypopituitarism) I knew something was medically wrong after dieting and excercising had the OPPOSITE effect! 50 lbs weight gain over 2.5 years! No pregnancy weight just fat! SW 185 (with medication and my lifestyle of dieting and excercise I went down to 175 and stalled, started The ZONE and actually I gained 10 lbs in about 6 weeks while on the zone! CW 180 (I know and it's only day 4!!!!) I told myself to wait until after 14 days before my 1st weigh in but I already noticed less bloat so I couldn't help myself! GW I would be happy at 150 but I know I could still stand to lose more. I guess I will see when I get there! |
