| The "physical" cravings should die out before long. The "mental" cravings might take awhile. I find that I do better when I don't try to find a substitute and just do without. If I eat anything that looks, tastes, smells, feels, or sounds (LOL!) like bread (no matter if it's low carb), I'm more inclined to begin craving bread again. Others find that discovering a low carb substitute actually helps them so find what method works best for you. Good luck!

| wow laura congrats on your 11 pound weight loss,just keep your mind focused and you shoul d be just fine,i know it is hard because before i started doing atkins all i would eat was bread,but when you want to lose weight you have to try to forget about the stuff that is bad for us,so good luck and keep doing what your doing!!
