| Greetings, stressmj Welcome to ADBB! ![]() About the WW soup - without being able to see the ingredient list, I can't tell you whether it is allowed or not. The thing about doing Atkins correctly, is that you really have to scrutinize labels carefully. Since all carbs are not equal, we can't just go by the number of carbs on a food... the specific ingredients are very important. It is possible that this soup contains some type of starch in it... that stuff's in so many things! Bottom line - while it is true that we can add back a huge variety of nutritious carbs by the time we are in Maintenance, we should always avoid stuff like processed food starch and white flours. So, train yourself to read labels on everything. I can't believe the stuff I find sometimes. ![]() Good Luck!
