| Welcome! This is an awesome resource for inspiration and support. I was thankful to find this board as my family and friends are not supporting me in my weight loss. In fact they scoffed when I told them I intended to loose over 80 lbs in six months. Anyway, I'm well on my way and still come here for inspiration. |

| Welcome, London chick. Maybe you could post what you're eating as well because Atkins may be hard to do for a vegetarian since it is based on fat and protein. You seem to be doing well though so that's what counts. |

| Thanks for the warm welcome! I am using meat replacement products under 1g carb per serving (wether thats 1/2 pack faux ham, or 1 burger etc)basically..took me a longg time to hunt down the lowest carb products on the market, as well as the allowed veggies and cheeses during induction. I grill everything. Feeling good apart from the sickness which comes and goes! |
