| welcome debi " Hope to continue to lose and not feel deprived like on other diets" oh you will you will... i have tried everything. believe me. and this is the only "diet" that i have ever tried where i dont feel deprived / or hungry... and am losing weight.. ok so sometimes the bread/pizza gobblins get into my thinking.. but if you look in the recipe section, and make the whoopsie rolls... you wont lack for anything :0 3 pcs of advice from me.. 1. come here often 2. read everything 3. ask questions you will find amazing support and encouragement .. YOU CAN DO IT |

| I made the oopsie rolls today . I will have one tomorrow with a sausage patty for breakfast . They look a little odd , but I am sure they will taste just fine. Debi |
