| 40 pounds is an amazing start, I remember losing that amount a few years ago and being so impressed with how light and springy I felt. It really hit me one day when I was at Home Depot loading up some bags of compost and top soil, and I noticed the label, 40 POUNDS! and these are HEAVY! I couldn't believe I was carrying around that amount on my frame every day, and the stress it must have been causing my joints etc. Next time you're at Home Depot or Wal Mart, go to the outdoor garden section and heft one of those bags, I think you'll really impress yourself |

| Wow that is amazing! I decided to write to you because I got on the scale this morning and weigh EXACTLY what you do! Only, I do not have the motivation that you do having already had so much success. I tend to do GREAT during the week and blow it on the weekends.. I have done this for the past month. bad bad bad. So anyway. Off I go on my journey! Good luck on yours! |

| jessisamess, i have learned in the past four months that you have to take this one day at a time.you say you mess up on the weekends, is this cheating or not getting enough food? if it is cheating go look at yourself in a full length mirror, if you don't have one get one,but befor you cheat look in that mirror at yourself.look hard! tell yourself that food you are fixing to cheat with has got you in the shape that you are in. ask yourself if you would rather feel and look good or have that bite of whatever it maybe. i do this all the time. in no way did i mean to make this sound like it was easy for me. you just have to dig deep and get that willpower. good luck!!! ~renee~
