Default New To This

New to this. Started on Friday 9/19/2008. Didn’t read book had a friend who did the diet before but after finding this site I think I probably should have read the book. This is what I have done so far . I weighed myself for the first time in years, Had to go to my wife’s work and use their industrial scale. I weighed 549 pounds. A bit of a shock I didn’t think I weighed quite this much. any advise would be appreciated. I have been checking the Ketoe strips its still only very light purple. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I have the book somewhere at home and am going to read it but I think I am on right path. Have had only drank water since I started which of that I am proud. I bought a bottle of multivitamins but just read on the label that it has iron it good thing I hadn’t opened it yet I will weigh myself again on Saturday and see if I have made any progress. Hiya Tampaman
I know that feeling of shock from the scale. Really bites.

yeah, read the book, I think you'll be surprised! Your menu looks more like the 70's version. The good doctor went through the trouble of perfecting this way of eating for 30 years since then....take advantage of it!
