New 2 this site, but not to Atkins =)

I came to this site on accident. I'm so glad I did!!!


I am going on day 18 of induction!! I have a lot to loose!!!


I originally started Atkins about 5 years ago. My boss was doing it and lost a lot of weight.
I was not that serious about it. I was just cutting some carb and lost about 40 pounds.


I got married and got pregnant. Gained back my weight while pregnant.


I cant blame my pregnancy on my weight gain, cuz I actually lost it all after I had my little girl.


My Husband & I went through a bad patch in our marriage, I reverted to fast food and beer as a way to cope.


I got up to 245 CRAZY!!!!


I had a major wake up call, and started making changes last year.
I lost 15 pounds and maintained that up till may of 08.


I committed myself to Atkins, and have been following everything to the T.
I work out, and walk every where I can. I take the city transit instead of my car.
I have lost 13pounds since starting back on the induction September 9th!!!!


I fell really good and am inspired to continue on with my weigh loss journey!!!
