| Hi Jfarmer I am going to start tomorrow. I am trying to get in the right mental space today. How are you feeling being 4 days in already? Do you have a headache? That is the part I hate, the first couple of days, but I know if I can make it through the first couple of days i'll be ok. |

| feel pretty good! I know caffeine (sp) is not allowed or discouraged but ... i know myself and my body and if i get a headache from no caffeine i will eat! so... i drink a cup of coffee in the morning to stop this! If it stalls me I geuss i will try not too. Good luck! and I have found that buying up containers to take things in has been a lifesaver!!!!! have on hand a variety and more than u think u will need so u will never be without! |

| Hey jfarmer, I know you can do it - I'm 5'6" and I started 3 wks ago at 199#. Now I am 189 and feeling great. My daughter is also over weight and this diet has helped us keep the bad foods (cookies, ice cream, chips, candy) out of the house. We make SF jello and have fruits for the kids instead - BIG difference! I feel So much better about everything. What is your weight goal? Mine is 155. Incredibulk |

| I do not want to set my goal too low cuz i will be discouraged if i dont get there so my goal is 155.. but I would really LOVE to be 145ish... just would like to fit into size 8 or 10 again comfortably cant exactly keep chips etc. out of the house cuz my BF loves the stuff and I like to have it here when he visits... I tell him that when i was 25 i could eat like that too LOL that he better be careful... but he was blessed with height so he could gain a lot and still look skinny |
