Hello All,

I'm new to the board but not new to the Atkin's diet. I tried Atkin's about 6 years ago and had some success, lost 60 lbs. I made the mistake of giving up the lifestyle and quickly gained all the weight back.

I would like to lose about 80 lbs. I am on day 2 of induction and am doing well so far

I was on Atkins before too and lost about 60 lbs, but gained about half of it back. I am starting again this is day 2. I wish you all the best.
