Hi all. I have not been here in quite awhile. I lost 75 lbs living low carb
several years ago. I did pretty well keeping it off until this past year.
So Im back with a goal to lose 20 lb. Ive already lost 6 and thought I would check in on the board to see whats new and get a little boost from all you great people here . I really enjoyed having the support on my struggle before and know how much it can help you keep going. Water...Water...Water
