| Hi Kim, Another thing you could have experienced is a "Caffeine headache" If you are use to drinking Soda and then suddenly stop, you could have those symptoms. Glad you are here, If you have any questions, feel free to ask. " I might need the answer also....lol" Good Luck!

| Are you eating enough food? You should be eating every 4 to 5 waking hours to keep your blood sugar level up. Shakiness is a sign of low blood sugar! Try snacking on cheese or some other allowed food before you go to bed. Atkins isn't a starvation diet so make sure you are getting enough calories and drink lots of water. Let us know how you're doing. |

| Thanks so much everyone. I've actually been eating enough but I guess I need more veggies! No headaches or shakes since then. I feel MUCH better today and it is slowly becoming more easier! |

| Is it strange that the only carb that I am totally craving (and have been since day one) is MILK? You can wave all the sugar and bread in my face that you want but PLEASE don't show me the milk! Lol. Fat free milk was a big part of my day but now I have been saying no to it. It's hard lol... |

| I miss milk like crazy too. I used to drink 2 or 3 cups a day. Now whenever i put milk in my kids cereal i smell the milk, weird huh lol.
