Default Starting Induction Today!!
Need to lose lots of weight and control sugar. Atkins is the only way to accomplish both!

5' 7" - 229/204/150

  • 1st goal - 220 lbs Met 10/4/08
  • 2nd goal - 200 lbs
  • 3rd goal - 180 lbs
  • 4th goal - 170 lbs
  • 5th goal - 160 lbs
  • Goal Weight - 150 lbs.

Thanks everyone!! I lost the first 10 pounds through low carb but not Atkins. I am really trying to eliminate most of the carbs and have a good induction.
