A lot of people find their weight loss stalls with any kind of artificial sweetener, including Splenda (even though it's allowed, technically speaking); forgot anything sweetned with aspartame (like Diet Coke; Diet Rite, on the other hand, has Splenda in it); ditch the sugar-free gum.
Do you have the 2002 version of the Atkins book? That's the version used here.
Broccoli is good ... just watch the portions; you can have one cup per day if your salad greens don't exceed two cups.
I've only been here a couple of months myself ... the more experienced Atkineers can give you better info, I'm sure!
