| Hi there and welcome! Do you have the 2002 version of the Atkins book? That's the version used here. Broccoli is good ... just watch the portions; you can have one cup per day if your salad greens don't exceed two cups. I've only been here a couple of months myself ... the more experienced Atkineers can give you better info, I'm sure! Anyway ... good luck on your journey; you're in the right place |
