New here/second time around

Hi everybody. I'm new to this site but not to Atkins. I was on Atkins three years ago and since then have have two babies. I'm back on...day three. I do not have a scale but I am a size 12 and would like to get to a size 7. That is my goal. I would estimate I weigh 170-175. My goal weight is 140-145.

I was very successful the first time I tried Atkins. I lost about 30 pounds. I did plateau after several weeks so when that happens this time I plan to start taking the stairs here at work to jump start my metabolism back up. I wish everyone luck here. Thanks for your support!!!
