| CONSIDER YOURSELF KICKED.... Either goals are good goals for you to set... see how the next month goes and reevaluate your progress at that point... we all react differently to going low carb and you need to set reasonable goals based on how you respond to this way of life. I personally am losing slowly... and that is ok for me... I am quite sure that by losing slowly I will be better prepared to mainain my losses over the long haul! Good luck. | Ok thanks for the great advice, I have read the book as I did Atkins 6 years ago with great success, I am going to re read though. Just to let everyone know I'm starting tomorrow.... FOR SURE. We have french toast this morning with parents. So tomorrow it is. |
