| well mas congrats on the 5.5 pounds you have lost it may not seem like alot to you but it is less weight that you have on your body, just be patient atkins does work!!! it's worked wonders for a family member of mine and also for myself i love atkins.

| Hello, unfortunately i have bad news, i gain weight again 2 lb, i don't know why, i did not change any thing in the food list, even i go to gym every day for 1 hour. |

| You should post everything you have been eating and drinking (and quantities) in the review my menu section and people may have some ideas about what is going on. If you are female it may be that time of month. Hormones can do a trick on our weight.
