| How great that you decided to post. It is nice to hear about people doing it and working it. Training to run 5K - that is GREAT. Are you guys doing the C25K programme? You may already know but there is a C25K thread in the exercise forum for people who were working their way up to 5K. I did it in the spring - was able to run 5 K in June and has not stopped since.
