| Welcome and congratulations on day one of Induction and for choosing to become healthy! I agree with Trisha, you'll totally be able to do it....keep your Induction clean (keep reading the book), drink lots of water and fit some sort of exercise into your daily routine.....or a number of days through the week. It's amazing how exercise goes hand in hand with everything else. Come here lots, read as much as you can and post often. The people on this forum truly care....we're all in this together! | Thanks so much for the encouragment. I weighed myself yesterday and I lost 4 pounds in 4 days - and I'm not hungry and I have had barely any cravings. I'm still trying not to look at the 'big' picture and taking it one day at a time but i know there is a skinny me just screaming to get out!!! It will be difficult with the holidays coming up but i think i can, I think I can, I think I can!!! :0) |
