| I'm sorry about your losses, life can put us through some crazy stuff sometimes. I'm glad you are able to pick yourself back up and work towards getting your health back. Congrats on the 12lb loss already!! Lots of success to you on this WOE! |

| Thanks... I fell off the wagon and gained back some.. but am back on track now... I have the Wii Fit (I was one of those people who *had* to have it the first day it was released). I love it. I feel like doing the boxing burns off more calories than the other activities, but the various forms of "step aerobics" are great as well. On 29 October, they will be releasing a new "game" called Fitness Ultimatum 2009, which is in collaboration with Jillian Michaels (Fitness competitor and trainer from Biggest Loser). I (obviously) cannot wait for this to happen. Okay, back to the point - walking is a great form of exercise, and a great place to start!
