    Hi Everyone

    Been gone for a while, but now I am back. Going to start atkins again on 10/26/08. After having the lap band ( which does work ) for a while my bad eating habits are back again. I have been on a low calorie diet and it just seems I gain weight on this type of diet. Hopefully I will get back on track and get some support.

    Start weight:339 Lbs ( Sept 07, 05)
    Band date/weight= Dec 13, 05/ 320 lbs
    Lowest weight: 268 lbs- 4/17/06
    11-11-09 345 lbs ( First DR visit since 8/5/08
    02-18-10 334.2 lbs
    05-13-10 341.6 lbs
    08-06-10 336.4 lbs

    Thanks everyone...First day down..went well...Cardio for 30 minutes and weight trained.

    Liv- Cant really say what I am going to do different. Just taking it one day at a time.

    Welcome Back Joe!
    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
