My introduction.

Hello!
I just started Atkins about a week ago. . . had a night where I cheated completely but overall, I have started losing right away and am very excited to be cutting bread, sugar, and starch from my food plan.

Any suggestions for what to do when I start craving sugar and bread?

Yeah, hard-boiled eggs are good ... devilled eggs are even better! Bacon! Yum
