| Hi Liv, Thanks so much for checking in! Today is Day 6, and I have lost 8 lbs. The past two days I've been having some intestinal rumblings and slept a lot last night. Headachey, too. I feel sluggish and "full". Is this the Atkins flu? I've been following the induction to the letter. Thanks! Shelley |

| 8# down~~~that is fantastic!! Hope the "flu" has passed & you've been rewarded with an energy surge!! Did you take your measurements when you started? If not take them now! It is wonderful to see the inches melting off!! I would encourage you to start a journal~~a great way to keep track of your progress & jot down your thoughts~~the good & the bad.
