| Hi! 1400 is on the low end, but not low enough to impact your metabolism most likely. Don't go below that and you should be okay. Your vitamin regimen is a good start. As you educate yourself about what your body might need, you might tweak it, but you don't have to do everything all at once. Most people can use extra vitamin C and as you won't be eating any C rich fruits for a while, consider adding those. But I think you are off to a good program!

| Momtomany1, thanks for the fast response. I'll add vitamin C to my diet. BTW, fruits are the only thing I really miss so far. I used to eat a couple of pounds of fruit a day (it's really cheap and tasty in my country). Still, I comfort myself with the fact that I can have them in the following phases. Thanks again. |
