| TY vm! I ride my stationary bike for 45 mins then i head outside I have 2 acres of land thats longer then it is wide. I start by walking 20yards then i sprint as hard as i can till I feel like im not sprinting anymore (and at over 300 lbs isnt very far hehe) Then I repeat the walk sprint and my body kind of tells me when to stop. I feel getting my heart rate up and down is working for me. The most important thing i have found is just enjoy what your doing dont make it into something you must do. |

| Hi Shadowknight. I feel like it's important I tell you how extremely jealous I am. I want to lose 21lbs in 2 weeks. That's incredible!! Great job on all your hard work!! You definitely go to show that exercise is part of Atkins that produces incredible results!
