| Welcome to the board! I agree Fitday helps with the carb counting and keeps you on track. I actually use it every morning and plan my menu for the day. This way I know exactly what I can and cant have! Good luck |

| Welcome! Fitday is an awesome tool - I track my exercise and measurements there too. |

| I would like to point out that Dailyplate.com is also free and you can track food (as well as create recipes), exercise, and measurements. I find it prettier and easier to navigate than Fitday. Sorry for the rant, welcome to the Atkins WoL!

| Hi. Day by day is a great way to go - one day at a time. For me, day 2 and 3 and 4 were the hardest as I went through carb/sweet withdrawal, but it was a good pain! I'm on day 12 now - no real cravings for carbs or sweets - so weird. Down about 7lbs in 12 days. Not bad. Keep us informed! |
